QuickBooks-Desktop-Tip (22)

Do you find yourself frequently changing report settings from the QuickBooks default settings? If so, you can save some time by having the Modify Report Screen come up prior to generating the report. This will save time as the report will only be generated once, instead of twice. To do this, click on Edit (1) on the menu bar, select Preferences (2), select Reports & Graphs (3), click the “Prompt me to modify report options before opening a report” checkbox (4), and then click the OK button (5). The Modify Report Screen will now open prior to opening a report.

Hope this helps!
